This policy explains how MobiSheet (“we”, “our” or “us”) handles information when you use the MobiSheet website and account services. Update this policy to reflect your actual business practices before launch.

When you register, we collect the shop name, owner name, mobile number, email address, city and password credential. Passwords are stored as a one-way password hash; we do not store them in readable form. We also process email-verification and password-reset tokens to provide account security.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create and manage accounts, verify email addresses, provide app-download access, respond to support requests, protect the website from abuse and maintain basic download records.
3. Download records and security logs
When a verified customer downloads the app, we record the account and download time, and may store a limited browser user-agent string for operational reporting. We do not intentionally record the full IP address in the download history.
4. Email messages
We send account verification and password-reset messages to the email address supplied by you. Email delivery is handled by the configured email provider, which may process message metadata to deliver the email.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Necessary service providers, such as website hosting and email delivery providers, may process information to operate these services. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the website and its users.
6. Retention
Account and download records are retained while needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations and resolve security or support issues. Establish and apply a deletion schedule appropriate to your business and applicable law.

You can contact the MobiSheet operator to request access, correction or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Account verification is needed to protect customer information.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures such as HTTPS, password hashing, protected download handling and restricted administrator access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; keep your password private and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Children
The website is intended for business users and is not designed for children.
