These terms apply to the MobiSheet website, customer accounts and app-download service. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Intended use

MobiSheet is intended to support mobile repair shops with their day-to-day work. You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for activity under your account. Do not share account credentials or attempt to access another customer’s account. We may restrict access when we reasonably suspect abuse or a security risk.

3. Email verification

You must verify the email address supplied during registration before signing in and downloading the app. Verification links and password-reset links are time-limited and should not be shared with others.

4. App downloads and intellectual property

The MobiSheet APK is provided for authorised users. Do not redistribute, resell, tamper with or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it or you have written authorisation. All rights not expressly granted remain with the relevant rights holder.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features or app versions to maintain, secure or improve the service. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Acceptable use

You must not upload malicious files, attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, misuse other users’ information or use the service to break the law.

7. No warranty

The website and download service are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Use the app in accordance with its instructions and maintain your own appropriate records and backups.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the MobiSheet operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
